If this is the first time Microsoft Entourage or Outlook Express has been run on your computer, you will be greeted with this screen prompting you to setup an account.

If you are adding an account to your existing setup, go Tools menu, Account, click the New button, and you'll see the window shown.

Click the right arrow when you have filled in the information.
